According to this Asbury Park Press report, some County worker is going to sit at a church in Asbury Park today from 8 am to 1 pm and do a survey of the number of homeless people here.
I calling on the whole process.
What idiot thought of this procedure http://www.gracelife.cn/bbs/thread-41773-1-1.html? Fire him. Don even let him clean out his desk. Just throw it all in an ally in Asbury Park and a homeless guy have it.
If he complains, throw your shoe at him like a pissed-off Arab reporter.
Is some bureaucrat really hoping that homeless people have read County in the newspaper and are going to find a way over to the church to do their civic duty to register?
Last time I saw a homeless guy he was using his as a blanket, reading material.
Here is weather forecast for Asbury Park:
A wintry mix of snow and rain. Low of degrees, with mile hour winds giving a wind-chill factor of 21 degrees.
dog didn want to walk outside this morning.
I guess the County figures all the homeless people will just throw on their $300 Ugg boots and hop in a limo so they don have to brave the frigid wet weather to come to their cattle count.
Wouldn it be better to walk down the streets and look for the homeless? The City is a square mile. You could do it in a week.
Maybe there is another reason why sniveling white-boy Worker want to walk Asbury Park streets, instead seeks in a church.
I just can imagine what that reason could be.
Now, I haven even mentioned the worst of it.
Here is what really bothering me:
The last time they did this survey, the County up with this number of homeless in Asbury Park: 150 http://www.moncleralfred.com.
150 http://ck9797.com/viewthread.php?tid=2572092&extra=!!!! In this small City? Give me a break. I not sure have many Gay people and its a pretty gay town.
If there were that many people in Asbury Park the cash-strapped City Council would be using them as in the Wesley Grove to make it look like someone was buying the glorified army barracks.
Asbury Park is pretty with keeping track of its homeless. They do a great deal of outreach to them http://www.kskj114.com/thread-443068-1-1.html, and the real number of homeless in Asbury Park averages about 25 people at any given time.
That sad it needs to be zero http://www.nzmessengers.co.nz/forum....=829803&extra=. But facts are facts and ain 150!!!
Knowing the real number, imagine my surprise when I heard a Freeholder at a meeting say the number of homeless in AP was 150.
As the Freeholders continued to speak, what was really going on was made clear to me: Apparently the County gets money from elsewhere (State? Federal?) to help with the homeless problem moncler sale.
Ahhhhh! I see. The more homeless, the more money they get.
Now, I know all you people reading this who keep track of Monmouth County politics are going to say, "Who the hell cares. Asbury Park pays no attention to County business and vice versa. Ignore it."
